The United Nations Organization for Education (Unesco) has analyzed systematically fifty thousand Brazilian students and has demonstrated that 34,8 percent of them drink alcoholic beverages totalizing 17,4 million young from 15 to 18 years old. That percentage grows when it refers to private schools. 65% of them drink more frequently than 20 times per week. The first contact with alcohol happens normally before 10’s. Adolescents today attack the bottle similarly to the standard maintained by those who use illegal drugs.  The traditional responsibility of drinking slowly always with some food in the stomach, and recognizing when it is time to say: “ENOUGH”. They drink to be completely drunk and without self-control. According to the lawyer Antonio Escohotado – the author of the book “The History of Drugs“ – the immediate consequence was: criminality and public health problems. Alcohol affects the organism in an irreversible form.
In the brain: it elevates the risk of craziness; loss of memory, Illusions, progressive reduction of the motor coordination and humor alteration. This infirmity is chronic and cureless. In the heart: it provokes an atrophy and hypertension. In the eyes:  difficulty to adapt the vision to different luminosities. In the liver: hepatitis, cirrhosis etc.  For sex: impotency. In the stomach: cancer. In the blood: it provokes anemia and favors hemorrhages.
The World Health Organization has considered the ethanol dependence as an infirmity only since1967, but Brazil has not arrived to that stage up to now.

Nobody would imagine that the above description could become the icon of a tragedy sponsored by the terrorist organization called Al Qaeda of Bin Laden to convert an airplane in a tomahawk missil on September, 11 of 2001.
On October, 2002 the invasion of a Moscow theater decimated 129 lives.
On 31 August, 2004, the Islamic group Islambouli Brigades [allegedly linked to Al Qaeda] blew up the Moscow subway, one week after downing  two planes in the south of the Russian capitol.
Another tragedy has left the world stunned. A school in Beslan - North Ossetia - Russia was dominated by terrorists, sorted by Leonid Roshal, the pediatrician who brokered negotiations, as insensitive and irrational, because they prevented the 1500 hostages to drink water and to eat.
The massacre lasted three days and involved the capture of over 1,100 people as hostages (including 777 children), ending with the death of over 380 people. The 17 terrorists had mined the gym and the school building with explosives and threatened to kill 50 children for every combatant killed and 20 children for each wounded among them.
The targets of the terrorists in the world are always the same: 1. The financial resources, 2. The transportation and the right to come and go freely,  3. The center of culture and information, mainly the schools with their teachers, parents and students. They recognize that schools, culture, and financial centers  are  exactly theplaces where they can sabotage and damage more severely the organized society.
Are there terrorists in Brazil? Many people argue there are not.
The speech of education ministers and presidents are very similar, they often say and repeat:
“I am sure that when every public school in Brazil become a small center of excellence, with the proper use of innovative technologies and advanced and well-prepared teachers and motivated, Brazil have won, irreversibly, the challenge of development.” Aloizio Mercadante – 2012, January, 29.
 
However, according to data released by the Ministry of Education on Tuesday (14):
