REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. All affected areas to be iden fied and marked for repair
2. Grinding of affected areas to be carried out using suitable grinding tools
3. Affected Area to cleaned to remove any contaminants and visually inspected
4. Area then to be tested using MPI or DPI to ensure area is free from any defects
5. Welding repairs will be carried out using this WPS, and a fully qualified welder
6. When the repair has been welded and filled to correct level, and visually accepted, then removing of excess filler material to be carried out by grinding and polishing
7. When affected area is once more visually inspected a final MPI/DPI/RT/UT test can be carried out as applicable.
8. If any defect is s ll shown it will be removed and repaired using above process
