— BUSHING: BRONZE TYPE G-CuSn10Pb10 (Or Equivalent)
— Quality assurance certificates (welding, materials, chemical and physical test, NDT reports, X Ray
reports etc).
— The supplier must provide the sizing calculations, drawings and details of the equipment.
This document outlines the requirements for the quotation of one side opening roller to be installed
on the port side (PS) of the main deck. The roller will be used during the maintenance operations of
offloading and production hose lines for FSOs, FPSOs, tankers, and Single Buoy Moorings (SBM).
The equipment shall comply with the following specifications:

A horizontal roller with a transverse shaft in the dimensions specified below. The equipment must be
supplied along with sliding bearings, bushings, and wear rings, as well as stainless steel bushings
mounted on the ends of the shaft.

— Welding and alignment to be Classification Society surveyor's satisfaction.
— Materials shall be in accordance with Classification Society requirements.
— The equipment must be certified by a Classification Society.
— PLATES AND PROFILES: STEEL GRADE "A".
— BOLTS AND WASHERS: STAINLESS STEEL
— WEAR RINGS / LINERS: STAINLESS STEEL AISI 316L
— SOCKETS, COLLARS AND SPLIT BEARINGS: ST. 37
— Sharp edges to be removed.
— The supplier must size all the equipment components as sliding bearings, plates and tubular shaft 
thickness to comply with te working load informed above.
