O foco da Voz Passiva está na ação e não em quem a realizou.
Há alguns passos para formar a Voz Passiva:
I. Sujeito da Voz Ativa → Agente da Passiva
II. Objeto da Voz Ativa → Sujeito Paciente
III. Acrescenta-se o TO BE como auxiliar da Passiva → Mesma forma do
verbo principal da Voz Ativa
IV. Verbo principal da Voz Ativa → Aparece no Particípio na Voz Passiva

Exemplos:
 Some students answered the question.
The question was answered by some students.
 Carolina teaches English.
English is taught by Carolina.
 Luiz will kiss Mary.
Mary will be kissed by Luiz.
VOZ PASSIVA
 Brazil has exported plenty of coffee.
Plenty of coffee has been exported by Brazil.
 They are singing that song.
That song is being sung.
(Quando o sujeito é indeterminado ou óbvio, omite-se o agente da 
passiva.)

Watch out!
Há alguns verbos que são bitransitivos e possui dois objetos.
É possível iniciar a Voz Passiva tanto pelo objeto direto quanto pelo
indireto.
