Declaration of consent to correspondence via e-mail/fax 
and to data recording 
 
With respect to the following e-mail address(es)/fax number(s)

(hereinafter referred to as the “Undersigned”) 
 
The Undersigned hereby agrees that the financial service providers under the quality label “First” – hereinafter referred to as “First” 
– whoever falls under the quality label “First” defines “First”)1 and any third parties authorised by First may use the above e-mail 
address(es)/fax number(s) in order to communicate electronically with the Undersigned. This declaration of consent to correspond-
ence via e-mail/fax is unlimited in its scope and includes, in particular, the transmission of personal business data, financial data, 
reporting documents and banking documents. Information transmitted by First to the Undersigned via the above e-mail ad-
dress(es)/fax number(s) shall be deemed to have been delivered. The Undersigned undertakes to inform First immediately, in writing, 
in the event of any change to the above e-mail address(es)/fax number(s). 
All e-mails/faxes that First receives electronically via the above e-mail address(es)/fax number(s) shall be deemed to have been writ-
ten by the Undersigned. Notwithstanding the above, First is also entitled to establish contact by other communication channels, for 
example by telephone, and to require proof of identity (signature, passport copy, etc.) in order to verify that the e-mail/fax was 
actually sent by the Undersigned. 
The Undersigned acknowledges and agrees that telephone conversations between First and the Undersigned may be recorded for 
proof purposes. 
The Undersigned is aware that communication via e-mail/fax involves risks such as, by way of example, technical faults (e.g. trans-
mission errors, loss, delay, malfunctions of any kind, network overload), third-party interference (e.g. interception and/or reading of 
e-mails/faxes, forgery and falsification of the sender address and content) and inadequate protection of confidentiality on the part 
of Internet service providers. The Undersigned, being aware of these dangers, agrees to the exchange of information by unencrypted 
e-mails/faxes. The Undersigned is also aware that, owing to the above-mentioned dangers and risks associated with e-mail/fax com-
munications, maintenance of trustee secrecy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the Undersigned therefore 
releases First from all liability that may ensue from any losses or damage incurred through use of electronic communications.

This declaration of consent may be revoked in writing at any time, with immediate effect, and without having to give reasons. 
This declaration of consent is governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with Liechtenstein law, excluding international 
treaties and conflict-of-laws rules. Vaduz, Liechtenstein, is the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes.
