Manicure e Pedicure
Art. 9º São requisitos quanto aos profissionais:
II – os profissionais deverão possuir diploma, certificado ou equivalente válido e de fácil acesso no estabelecimento, para fins de fiscalização e conhecimento do público em geral:
a) as atividades de barbeiro, cabeleireiro, manicure, pedicure, maquiador e massagista requerem para seu exercício, no mínimo, o ensino fundamental incompleto e curso de qualificação, conforme estabelece a Classificação Brasileira de Ocupações – Ministério do
III – os profissionais devem utilizar Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI’s), de acordo com a atividade desenvolvida, bem como uniformes higienizados, preferencialmente de cor clara; e
IV – proceder obrigatoriamente à higienização das mãos entre um cliente e outro, e/ou sempre que necessário.

Art. 4º São requisitos quanto à estrutura física dos estabelecimentos:
I – dispor de dependências e instalações mínimas adequadas às finalidades específicas e ao
número de profissionais, não podendo servir de acesso a residências (e outros);
II – a área física deve possuir piso e paredes íntegros, preferencialmente de alvenaria, de cor
clara, sem frestas ou saliências, lisos, laváveis, impermeáveis, não corrosivos ou que possam
abrigar partículas de sujeiras;
III – dispor preferencialmente de sala exclusiva para guarda de equipamentos e materiais de
limpeza, provida de tanque com água corrente e sistema de esgotamento sanitário; (DML - Depósito de material de limpeza)
VII – dispor de lavatório com água corrente, sabonete líquido, toalha descartável e lixeiras
com tampa de acionamento sem contato manual, nas salas de procedimentos (massagem,
depilação, corte de cabelo, pedicure, manicure, etc.)

Art. 10 Quanto aos métodos de limpeza, desinfecção e esterilização dos materiais:
I – utilizar métodos de limpeza e desinfecção dos produtos não críticos como pentes, escovas, bobs, tesouras, toalhas, entre outros, disponibilizando a cada cliente os produtos devidamente desinfetados e protegidos contra poeira e outras sujidades;
II – utilizar método de esterilização por calor úmido (autoclave), ou outros métodos reconhecidos pelo Ministério da Saúde e ANVISA que possam ter o seu processo de esterilização validado: (Não é permitido limpeza com Álcool, Hipoclorito)
a) a estufa não é permitida para esterilização de instrumentais;
III – os produtos esterilizados devem estar rotulados, contendo: identificação do produto, data da esterilização e o prazo de validade;
IV – utilizar controles através de métodos físicos, químicos e biológicos que garantam a segurança e rastreabilidade bem como validem o reprocessamento dos produtos críticos, efetuando registro sistemático;

Art. 10 Quanto aos métodos de limpeza, desinfecção e esterilização dos materiais:
V – realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva do equipamento de esterilização a cada seis meses e/ou quando necessário e manter no estabelecimento estes registros;
VI – utilizar kit descartável contendo os produtos/instrumentos necessários ao pedicure e manicure ou utilizar cubas de imersão de mãos e pés sempre protegidos com material impermeável e descartável;
VIII – as lâminas utilizadas para barbear devem ser de uso único e após sua utilização, serem condicionadas em recipientes de material rígido. Quando atingirem a sua capacidade de armazenamento, devem ser hermeticamente fechados e identificados como “material pérfuro- cortante” para posterior descarte.
Art. 11 O estabelecimento somente pode iniciar as atividades mediante o “Comprovante de Protocolização de Concessão/Revalidação do Alvará Sanitário, o qual deverá ser afixado em local visível ao público.
