UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO ABC MATERIAIS E SUAS PROPRIEDADES 2º Quadrimestre 2019 ENSAIOS MECÂNICOS – ENSAIOS DE TRAÇÃO E FLEXÃO Professora Renata Ayres Rocha Discentes: Vitor Collela Barboni 11201722088 Gabriele de Kassia Alves Pereira Ana Elizabeth Dias Rizzi Anderson Cuelho 11023213 1.OBJETIVOS E MATERIAIS Os objetivos desta aula prática são: i)Compreender o funcionamento de uma máquina universal de ensaios mecânicos. ii) Compreender o ensaio de tração e analisar as curvas tensão-deformação de metais e de polímeros. iii) Compreender o método de ensaio de flexão e determinar a resistência à fratura de cerâmicas. iv) Comparar superfícies de fratura de polímeros. Os equipamentos utilizados no experimento foram: Máquina universal de ensaios mecânicos do tipo eletromecânica; Paquímetro; Régua 30 cm; Carimbo Corpo de prova Aço 1015, polímero, cerâmica. 2.PROCEDIMENTO EXPERIMENTAL Ensaio de Tração Com o paquímetro medidos o diâmetro do corpo de prova de aço 1015 em 3 pontos diferentes próximo ao centro, com o auxílio da régua realizamos a medida do comprimento total, após fazer as medidas fizemos a marcação com o carimbo, ele serve para termos uma referência de onde se encontra o meio após o ensaio de tração. Após a marcação levamos o corpo de prova para o técnico onde será realizado o ensaio de tração na máquina, mantendo alinhado o eixo longitudinal do CP com a vertical, e observamos a curva de força vs deslocamento até o momento da fratura. Juntamos as duas partes para fazer novamente as medidas do comprimento e o diâmetro final. Ensaio de Flexão 3 grupos fizeram as medidas de três CP sendo 2 polímeros e 1 cerâmica, após as medições o técnico levou para a maquina onde realizou em cada um o ensaio, apoiando-os sobre o dispositivo de flexão em 3 pontos, e aproximando com cuidado o cutelo superior, realizando o ensaio até a fratura. nos polímeros houve uma diferença entre as velocidades de ensaio. Observamos o aspecto de cada material após o ensaio e foi feito as medições novamente. 3.Resultados Curvas tensão versus deformação de engenharia: a) Curva completa Aço 1015 b) Curva com detalhe da região elástica Aço 1015 c) Compare com curvas de tensão-deformação encontradas na literatura para esses materiais.
